As the global pandemic caused by COVID Delta continues, it has impacted our daily routine, work schooling, recreational activities and lifestyles. This has increased the concern over spinal health care for thousands in our local community. At Dema Rehab and Injury Clinic we understand the important role we play in helping to keep our community members pain free.

The safety of our patients, doctors and staff remains our highest priority. In the mean time many will continue to have healthcare needs that can be helped through chiropractic care. Therefore, our clinics remain open to provide essential chiropractic care and promote better quality of life during this pandemic.

Since the onset of COVID-19, we have increased hygiene and clinic cleaning routines, revised seating and/or adjusting tables to create space between patients, required mask use for clinic staff and implemented temperature check stations and monitoring. We continue to follow clinic procedures and new patients screening protocols as outlined by healthcare organizations and leading authorities within the chiropractic and medical profession. Here are some things we are doing at our offices:

• Actively sanitizing the floor, door knobs, pens throughout the day
• Requiring all patients to sanitize and Temperature check upon entering the office
• Actively screening and questioning patients regarding symptoms of cough, shortness of breath, fever and making urgent referrals to PCP
• Cleaning/sanitizing treatment stations between patients
• Limiting the number of patients in the office to create social distancing
• Closely following CDC protocols
